Ocean Bottom Soap is located just down the Street from where I live and I have the benefit of dropping by any time to see what is newly made right in house. All of their products are made from organic ingredients, this is why I love them!!  The Owner Charmaine and her daughter are very personable, always have a smile and willing to answer any questions I have,  

I have used 6 different scents so far and I can not pick my favorite because I have liked them all. The bars last longer than the other natural soaps I have used and they run around $5.50 each and are a good size. They don't get soft and mushy, I find that the scent stays with you throughout the day figuring because they use organic essential oils. All ingredients are all-natural also chemical free, environmentally friendly, 100% biodegradable.  
They have over a dozen scents to choose from and unscented as well. Don't worry if you don't live in the area they will ship.

GOLDEN MILK

My new favourite thing is Golden Milk which you need to made tumeric paste first. This is my second batch, I have been drinking Golden Milk which consist of the paste,almond milk and a little honey for about just two weeks now and WOW what a difference so far, amazing !  The results have been unbelievable, I had chronic inflammation and uterus fibroids, My inflammation has really diminished and time will tell for my fibroids. I drink Golden Milk morning and night (two a day) Start with one and see what works for you, please make sure you know the side effects, make sure you read other sites before trying and that it is right for you !

I have read a few recipes and this is how I make mine

Tumeric Paste

• 1/4 cup of organic tumeric powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon of organic cinnamon
• 3 tbsp of organic coconut oil
• 1/2 cup of filtered water
•  Mix all ingredients in a small a small sauce pan and mix well. Turn the heat to medium high and stir constantly until the mixture is a thick paste. This does not take long so don’t walk away from the pan. Let this mixture cool and then keep it in a small jar in the fridge.

How to Make Golden Milk

• 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric paste
  1 cup of almond milk
  Organic, raw, honey 
  Directions:
  Mix all the ingredients together over medium heat. Do not allow it to boil, drink as soon as it is cool enough. Enjoy
